They are the best!! I went there to get my brakes checked, they were super prompt and showed me what the problem was. Didn’t even charge me anything saying it’s a small issue. The lady at the front desk and the mechanic both were super nice. So refreshing to see there’s still honest shops out there!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have never been treated more poorly than from Laura at Shaws automotive in Akron Ohio This company came recommended to me through my father-in-law who worked across the street for 10 years. I understand sometimes companies go through phases. I set up an appointment and took in one of our trucks for a check engine light. They called me and told me that I needed control arms and bushings And that it will cost $1100.00 I said okay go ahead and fix it. Then I got a call from them saying it needed an alignment which I said go ahead and do. When I went to pick up my truck I asked what the check engine light was a result of. The answer I received was that they didn't diagnose it they just cleared it. However, they charged me for it and had to have it taken off the bill. Laura offered me a f
