Pretty shity experience, this was the first dealership I went to look for a bike as a beginner and idk if I don’t look like a buyer or maybe I look broke lmao 🤣 , but Juan decided to send me home even though I told him I was paying in cash and was super uninterested in selling me anything, like he didn’t even bother trying to sell me, and spoke like he didn’t gaf. It definitely killed the passion for buying a bike. Not sure if he was having a bad day but wtv. Don’t recommend it here, but anyways here is a Yamaha R3 I bought for dirt cheap from New York Honda Yamaha, really recommend them, see my other post. ‼️‼️One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had ‼️‼️ I want to share my personal experience with Shelbys Powersports USA so others are aware before deciding to purchase or service their vehicle here. After an incident with my motorcycle, I returned to the place where I originally bought it, expecting guidance and proper service. From the beginning, the prices for parts and labor were extremely high, but the worst part was the treatment we received from the woman acting as the manager. Service here is fantastic and reasonable price!!! Brought my sons first bike here, service with Vicky and Hamza were amazing patient, kind, and so helpful to all my questions and concern about safety and I'm so happy with this place( They were awesome) I'm so happy with this company. They were funny and not in the rush or push you to buy - they helped me and my with all the papers work needed and was allowed to leave with the 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle same day with great credit.. prices can be a little lower for other miscellaneous items but this place is very welcoming, depending on your attitude when you arrive- You get what you feed of from people.. So check this place out!!!!

Shelby's and everyone who works there is amazing! I bought my Rebel 500 from them. So far, I have had my first and second service done there. I've had highway bars added to my bike by them. I've also gotten fitted for a new shoei helmet there. A few weeks ago they saved the day when I called them because I picked up a nail in the rear tire just before leaving on a trip. They were able to make time for me and replace the bad tire with a new one in the blink of an eye. On every occasion they were responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous and offered quick results. They're always on point and they're always looking out for you! They don't try to upsell you into buying anything you don't need or don't fit into/on. I've been to a few dealerships and none compare to Shelby's Powerspo

On December 17,2022 I bough a 2022 CRF300l ABS from them and let me tell you it was the best shopping experience I’ve had! I’ve been to dealers who seem like they are pressuring me to spend more, or just don’t care but these people are not that! I got there earlier than my appointment and spoke with them about what I wanted and what I was planning on doing with the bike and they were able to make recommendations to me that were very helpful! The employees were friendly and great to talk with, I felt welcomed and believe if all dealers were like this then buying cars, bikes whatever would be an amazing experience! So thank you to them!
