Sherman's Detail & Reconditioning

Took my RV into have the front cap restored and polished. Asked for a quote to have the whole fifth wheel detailed on the exterior. They proceeded to start detailing the entire unit without giving me a quote. After many unanswered calls to the owner, he text me to negotiate a lower price for the work that wasn't approved. I agreed to pay a discounted price for the work that I didn't agree to. 3 days later I hadn't heard anything from them, so I stopped by to see if they were done. The front cap hadn't been touched, and the rest of the unit looked to be power washed. Only the detailer and the office manager were available to speak with me.
