Shine Rite Thru Windows

I was in serious need of window replacements for my home. Windows so bad, that in high winds, you could hear the windows whistle and air flowing through the house. Some windows dating back to when the house was built in 1979. I had several estimates and chose Shine Rite Thru. Jason came to the house to do the initial review and provide options. All my questions were answered and he even gave me additional suggestions I didn't think of. After making the decision to go with them, Cody came to the house to measure and Holly called to set the scheduled appointment for install. After getting my roof replaced I still had some water coming through my back porch ceiling. Imagine dropping $$$$ on a new roof and STILL having water get in! Thinking it was my attic window (directly above the leak) that needed replaced I called Shine Rite Thru Windows and asked them to come check it out and to get an estimate. I’ve met many contractors since purchasing my first home and got all types of opinions, advice and quotes. Instead of just replacing my window, taking my money, and moving on to the next customer, they took the time to investigate the leak and actually solve the problem! I would Not recommend this company to do your doors! We replaced our front door with them. They never mentioned that the new door wouldn't be customer to fit exactly like the old door. They installed the new door with a 1in gap around the door. Told us we'd have to hire a masonry company to fix it. We waited 6 months for our custom door that wasn't custom!! We had to pay more money to have someone fix their mess. You might save money on your door but they are dishonest and do not give you a "custom" door.

Shine Rite Thru did an absolutely amazing job with our windows and patio door! They were very friendly, courteous, punctual, and thorough. They answered all of our questions and were honest from the initial meeting through the final installation. During installation they were very accommodating with our small daughter and dogs. Their prices were half that of a national chain. I would recommend them for any job, big or small.

Great folks to do business with. Small family business and everyone I interacted was easy to work with and, honestly the kind if person I'd sit down and have a beer with. They showed up and gave us a quote for work when they said they would, which is rare in 2023, and came up with a very resonable price for high quailty Polaris windows. We need them custom made due to sized and they so they gave us an estimated date when the install would be and that was also accurate. Installation was a single dude who did a great job quickly and cleanly. And as I mentioned before, he was a good dude you definitely don't mind having in your house. I really don't know what more you could ask from a contracting company.
