Took my car to Shinozaki Automotive for a transmission fluid change and was in and out in an hour at a great price, including a free quick inspection. My advisor Sage was professional and honest, offering clear recommendations without pushing unnecessary services. One tip: parking is limited, so try to be on time for both drop-off and pick-up. Highly recommend for fast, transparent, and trustworthy auto care!

This is a great repair shop. I had a terrible experience getting my 30k service done at the nearby Mazda dealership so when the dealership also provided a quote to fix an issue that needed repair, I knew I needed to go elsewhere. I found Shinozaki online and they were so kind, quick to get me in, and provided a fair price (almost 50% less than the inflated dealership price which included a huge markup on the physical part that they claimed was just the MSRP cost). So glad to have found a trusted repair shop. Thank you to the whole team!

FINALLY AN HONEST MECHANIC!!🙌 I have so many stories of shady mechanics and price gouging. This place came highly recommended to me from a friend who grew up in San Mateo and lived here his whole life. This is an honest, long established shop. I had first work done on my vehicles in the 80’s and through out have had consistent reliable and dependable work done on three decades of cars. After reading all the positive reviews I just had my Honda Civic alignment done here. The service was excellent. 3rd generation family owned business. Good communication over the phone, very professional, I everything went smoothly and best price in the area.
