Shorty's Family Tire

Was in town for the holidays and needed two front tires and an alignment. I came in and they were happy to help, I didnt have to wait they pulled me up right away. They put on 2 great used tires and did my aligment. Fair prices and excellent service. My Escape rides so much better now thank you very much!

Needed new tires put on the rims that I had already. I already had my own new tires in the back of my truck. They were extremely quick even meeting me at my truck before I got out. It was $80 plus tax for all 4 tires, and I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. So far, everything is good but I would recommend knowing your stuff or having someone that does- due to the amount of people saying they got scammed or done wrong. Overall pretty quick and easy experience.

I am not one to do this ever, but I just experienced the worst customer service and scam I have ever experienced before. Yesterday I purchased 2 used tires from here, I told them I was going out of town, even had them change out my brake pads and rotor…. Spent close to $300 there. My tire I just bought completely blew out immediately after leaving on a 4 hour drive. On the interstate horrible situation. So I called this morning and the man says “ we tell you to buy new tires when going out of state” which is a lie and I told him no - I’ve been here multiple times bought 5 tires from them this year alone. The mechanic slipped the jack on my vehicle and completely snapped my automatic running boards bracket. Then on top of that 4 hours after I purchased tires I am on the side of the road with two completely FLAT tires. Stay away. Update: went to Walmart to have those tires inspected. They found patches inside the tire on the SIDEWALL. Completely illegal.
