Dishonest and pretty close to false advertising They have a Toyota Sienna posted for sale on their website. I message them online and talk to someone who tells me it’s a great van and they will have a salesman take some videos and send the to me as I live 2 hours away. I receive the videos a couple hours later. He shows us the outside and inside saying how great everything looks. Salesman calls and e begin to work a deal. He gives me the sticker price and then begins adding on nearly $3,500 in fees, protection, etc etc. I tell him the sticker price is fine so if they will do that out the door I’ll come get it that night with a check from my credit union. This was at noon, at 5 that evening he finally calls back and says yes they can do that. I ask when I can pick it up and he beats around

Chase my sales report was excellent! The truck I bought was absolutely flawless! They are a super clean dealer. Do what they say. The garage was super clean. A sign of a business run very well. I plan on purchasing here again. I gave purchased over 50 vehicles in my day. This was the best experience yet by far. If your in kc it's worth the drive!

Terry is the man. I came in at 1030, I drove 3 vehicles with no pressure from Terry he just let me feel the vehicles out. I just purchased a vehicle over the weekend. I flew in from Nashville and was picked up by Jakob. Jakob was a Great salesman he had all of my paperwork ready to go when I arrived. This was a great buying experience I would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership.
