Shults Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We were in the market for a new vehicle for our family this winter. After going to a few dealerships with less than stellar interactions, we ended up going to Ed Shults of Warren. We worked with Art who was absolutely amazing in assisting us with what we needed. He took the time to listen to us and was very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend visiting if in the market for a vehicle.

I brought my grandparents in to discuss if they should buy out their current lease or lease a new car, and Art was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even though we ended up running late for the next appointment, he remained patient, kind, and understanding. Art made the whole experience quick, smooth, and stress-free. We really appreciated his professionalism and support in helping us make the best decision! Our family will make sure to start going there for all our vehicle needs!

Work place is very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and greeted me quickly, confirmed what action would be taken and what paperwork was required. They finished in a reasonable time and handed me the keys and provided the location of my vehicle. Very good service!

Had the car I was looking for, but not my first choice of color. The new car had been on the lot over 5 months so they were willing to deal. Troy made the whole experience so easy. Unfortunately there were 2 other customers who had appointments to pick up their vehicles ahead of me. So the paper work took awhile. Not their fault! Overall a great experience.
