Sierra Cycles is AWESOME. The entire staff here awesome and "hometown" friendly. Me and all my Vegas buddies are even willing to make the 7 hour drive (one way) all the way from Vegas to Sierra Vista to buy a motorcycle here due to the amazing service and prices that Sierra Vista gives to us. This past weekend, I bought my first ever motorcycle that was NOT a Motocross or Sportbike from Sierra Cycles. I figured it was that time after 40+ years or riding to buy an OLD MAN Bike. I picked up a CFMoto Ibex 450, and I am just amazed at this bike! If you told me this bike MSRP'd for $20k, I would believe you. I had a fantastic experience at Sierra Cycles in Sierra Vista when purchasing my new 2025 Kawasaki 1700 Vulcan Vaquero. I worked with Steve, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while answering all my questions. I called Jeff on Friday with. NO start condition on My 15 Roadglide and He recommended Barnetts Towing. Everybody should know don’t transport Motorcycles without a chock. Barnetts had this on a flatbed. When I showed up and met Alex He took all my information and what is needed. I installed a lithium batt 2.5 years ago. Jacob showed up and it was discussed that sometimes it’s an issue either stator. Jacob and I agreed to solve the batt issue and also do an oil change along with a safety check. I was treated with respect. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll do a follow up after I pick the bike up. Sat Alex just called me with EST for all repairs needed
