Always fast and friendly service. My battery died the other day and they were still able to get me in quick, and fast fix.

Went in for a Vehicle diagnostic and key Fob. I went their before with no issues. I had Jared service my vehicle. I was very unhappy. My key fob unlocks the door but does not lock the door. Nothing was mentioned to me about that. Called and left a voicemail and never heard back. So I showed up and they said to call Jared and leave a voicemail. Complete run around. Terrible OverPriced Service. Gave five stars to Que this on top

Every time they transfer me to the service department so that I can make an appointment, it rings forever and then it goes back to the receptionist. They don't answer the phone on time in the morning when they're open. My husband and sis I come here to service my Toyota but I can never get an appointment or anyone to answer my calls and the appointment app is terrible.

I worked with Eddie and he was awesome. He took my call when I scheduled the oil change and was pleasant and helpful. Greeted me upon arrival at shop and told me he would let me know when car was ready. It was promptly done, and he explained what had been done. Very likable and courteous. I will return when I need another oil change .
