I had to schedule an appointment a month out. I told them I had a misfire, low fuel pressure, and a rattle in the exhaust. In the month I waited I replaced the fuel sending unit, fuel pump, fuel filters, and serviced the injectors. I let them know what I did when I dropped it off. I paid $160 to be told I have low fuel pressure and that if I can put a fuel pump in myself it’s not worth paying them to drop the tank and check the voltage on the pump. The pump has a connector at the rear bumper (dropping the tank is not required to check voltage to the new pump / connector). I don’t think I said anything to warrant any unwillingness for them to trouble shoot past what was done before I dropped the car off. Seems pretty expensive for them to only confirm something I had already checked. I ask

If I could give this place a no stars I would. Reason I say this is I took my 05 Corvette into their shop for flywheel issues, I drop it off and get a call the next day that they had wrecked my car. They put it on the alignment lift and had the car in reverse (it's an 05 and needs to be in reverse to turn the accessories off) and went out to check the mileage on it, mind you there are 2 safer ways to do this than the option they chose, one is you can hold down the accessory button for 5 seconds and the dash flashes up or two you can simply turn the headlights on and the odometer pops up. These guys chose to open my door and proceed to reach in and press the start button, taking a chance that the clutch safety mechanisms were working properly (my car is a manual) mind you I've only owned th

I was super pleased with how fast an appointment was available for my last minute request for emissions testing and an oil change. The gentleman who scheduled me and checked me out when my car was done was very nice. I was also pleased with the cost of services. I overheard this same gentleman speaking with another customer about a transmission issue and he was very kind and really seemed to steer her toward a reasonable solution without overselling her a total overhaul. We will return for future services.

Very nice and extremely honest. My car died the day before I took it there, but seemed to be working fine the next day. John was very honest in telling me that he could not replicate the problem and everything seemed fine. I think honesty like this is one of the most important things when finding a mechanic because it is very easy for mechanics to talk you into buying things you don't need if you are not knowledgeable about cars. John was also very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.
