I had my 2019 Toyota Camry serviced today, Nov. 8, at Sloane Toyota in Malvern. I drove my car into the bay without waiting. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a very kind, friendly gentleman who took my name, all pertinent information, and directed me to Fred, my service advisor. Fred was extremely careful to go over all of my requests. He even came into the showroom while I was waiting to give me an update. I looked at a car as soon as it hit the market on they're website at night checked availability and was told by email that it was available. A car dealer from Sloan called me the next morning. I explained to him that I wanted to buy the car flat out. Dealer told me that was great. I also explained that I will be there no later then 3 p.m.I was able to get off early and arrived at the dealership at 12:30 When I arrived the car dealer greeted me and told me to wait only to find out that the car was being sold while I was waiting. A TOTAL WAIST OF TIME GAS AND ENERGY NO FOLLOW UP OR CALL TO UPDATE ME BEFORE I LEFT. NO REGUARDS FOR THE CUSTOMER.
