I would just like to say that the mechanics down at Smail are great, especially Tyler Prosser. They go above and beyond to get your vehicle done right and in a timely manner. They are very knowledgeable and I do a lot of upgrades to my sons vehicle so it nice to have someone that I trust doing the job.

Jordan was wonderful. He was customer focused and accommodating of our busy schedule. He made servicing our work truck and tire change out a breeze! I would give them 10 stars.

Matthew was tremendously helpful from beginning to end, very compassionate fella. Purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, and unfortunately went back into service a day and some odd hours later. the service team was wonderful in getting a new courtesy car back to me so I would still be on the road while it’s still being diagnosed. Smail Ford made it a priority to make sure that we left happier than when we showed up and then some!

Went there to get my car serviced. The exhaust system was loud, and it was covered by the Ford warranty. Their service was excellent, and I had no issues with that. One thing to note; when I left the car there overnight to get evaluated, I left the key in an envelope. At some point it got marked that I wanted a full service oil change (when I only brought it in to have the exhaust fixed - I verbally confirmed this making the appointment). I didn't mention getting an oil change. I guess at some point the next day, it was mentioned to me that my car was getting "the works" which I misunderstood as being looked at, and not an oil changing package that was $100.
