The owner of this car lot. Is very unprofessional, I witnessed him literally try to intimidate a customer that paid cash for the vehicle he bought. Because of re occurring issues. My advice don't buy here keep driving. Try another dealer. Evidently he doesn't stand by what he sales. Thumbs down 👎 the worst person to buy from.

I was very happy with the service I received from Small Car Motors. From the test drive to the paperwork and everything, I couldn’t be happier.

I am usually not one to complain in anger on reviews but I am very much angry this time around. I bought my 2012 Nissan Titan from SCM in May and had my check engine light come on two weeks after having it. So, I texted Marlene and said "Hey, the check engine light came on and the codes are for the catalytic converters could we get this looked at?" Marlene said sure bring it in and we will look at it and get it fixed. I did just that, they replaced my oxygen sensors and say okay well that's all it was and if the light comes back on and we will fix it. Okay sounds great... Next day the light comes on and so I text Marlene and told her it came on. Marlene said no problem I will let him know and order your parts for your catalytic converters. Fast forward to now, Oct 23rd, 24 I have been back

This is an initial review as I want to give them a chance to make things right and I will update this review in the near future... I purchased a truck from here on May 9, 2023. Exactly 1 week later the engine light came on for the catalytic converter. I called and let them know and they said to bring the truck in the following week. When I picked up the truck, the mechanic said that he put in a bottle of Rislone and drove it to Reno and back and that should have fixed the issue.. this is where I started thinking my purchase here was a mistake as the mechanic lied to me saying that he paid $60 for the Rislone. Even the most expensive places in town sell it for under $30.. but hey, I wasn't being charged for it, so I brushed it off. After that the truck seemed to be running ok until exactly
