Smart Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I made the ne phone call and spoke with Dewayne. I was inquiring on a new Jeep I saw on the lot. He went above and beyond to answer my questions. Two days later we showed up to see if it was still there. Dewayne knew my name before I told him.(We were walking to the doors) We test drove and purchased within three hours. We did not feel pressured to buy nor expected to buy needless coverages. I would definitely say call and talk to Dewayne if you want a nice no pressure salesman!

Though I bought my vehicle from another dealership, I have been using Smart’s service department. I am so pleased with how professional everyone is! I have to take a moment to also thank Keenon for always answering any questions I may have and the kindness he shows me each visit.

Ran in for a hopefully quick service question and it was certainly quick cause the service department wasn't open due to some system issue. The gentleman that assisted me from the sales floor was friendly and talked through the issue but unfortunately there wasnt a resolution without getting it into service. I appreciate the friendly interaction anyways. FYI GPS brings you around to the back side of the dealership which has a gravel road entrance which is quite rough to drive on, there is a road on the front of the dealership that can be used to enter and exit.

Called and set up an appointment for a recall issue. They told us to bring it in this morning. We dropped it off at 7:45 am and was told they would call this afternoon after it was looked at. We never received a call so we called them. They told us it would be sometime next week before they could even look at it. We asked why we were not told this when we made the appointment or when we dropped it off. How do you expect people to be without a vehicle for that long? Someone needs to learn to COMMUNICATE with their customers! This service department socks! Please stay away from them!

Absolutely 💯 for Customer Service and Support! They went the extra mile to accommodate me. Excellent trade in value, paperwork was easy, and I now am the proud owner of a great new vehicle. 😀
