I was rear ended earlier in the year and came here to have the repairs done. There weren't any issues with payment, nor with the insurance claim. Very happy with my experience here!

Vance and his team did a wonderful job on my 2024 civic! Could not be any happier with the results. When the other parties insurance company tried to get my car repaired with aftermarket parts, Vance stepped in and said no and made sure my parts came directly from Honda. This shop operates in the best interest of the customer and they will make sure you are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Very hard nowadays to find a place that runs off of integrity. Thank you Vance and Team. Hopefully I never get to see you guys again, but if I do end up needing body repairs, this will be my go-to shop! 10000% reccomend!!!

Having you car in the shop is not something you ever want to do, but our recent experience with at Smithfield Collision was better than expected. Vance was great to work with. He is a great communicator and stands by his word. Repairs on our 21 Explorer were scheduled as soon as the parts were in the shop and the job was completed a day earlier than promised. The workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend Smithfield Collision.

By far the worse body shop I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional. My cars trim was damaged where they did their repairs. Paint was terrible. Nothing lines up properly. Bumper skin is falling off. Owner refused to make things right and instead tried to resort to physical violence. Vance goes on these reviews and acts extremely unprofessional. His response to my negative review was nothing more than a personal attack on my character and lies defending all my issues Ive had with him. He uses abbreviations like LOL and other unprofessional terms to defend his poor customer services. Very unprofessional.

I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. It took a really long time to even get an estimate to my insurance once my vehicle was towed there. But my biggest issue was that they left my car unlocked in the r parking lot which has no gate even when no one was there. I also arrived to pick my car up at 1130 during the work week and was told the office person had went to lunch and wasn’t able to pick up my car for almost 2 hours. Very unprofessional. 2 starts because the paint guy was very friendly and did a great job.
