I went here for an inspection. They said my front sway bar was bad - didn't see anything except some surface rust and the paint coating chipping. Figure it's because they charged ~$1200 to replace and mostly made money by marking up part cost. The real kicker and reason I'm leaving this review is that they installed it UPSIDE DOWN, not sure how they didn't realize but within a month or two the bushings wore out on the connectors (resulting in loud clunking noises when driving). I had to replace the connector bushings and flip the sway bar so it's in the proper orientation. So in short, they fixed something that wasn't really broke and did it wrong creating an actual problem.

I love Skip and the guys. I trust them to do a great job with my Honda Fit, communicate well, treat me like a human being, and keep prices reasonable. I'm going back to Smith's any time I don't absolutely need to go to the dealer.

We were in dire need to have our car’s ac system repaired as my pregnant wife of 7 months had been driving it around during this hot summer. Smiths was able to quickly get our car looked at. They also worked with our car warranty provider to get the repairs completely covered. The whole time they were very communicative and kept us current on their progress and anticipated completion. We got lucky to find smiths and would definitely take our cars back here again!

In the rare case that they make a mistake or something isn’t what they thought, Skip totally owns up to it and will do the right thing. He is a great Man and has a very solid team.
