if i could give 0 starts i would. dave the “ ring leader “ is a HORRIBLE person. his costumer service is DISGUSTING. he quite literally sits in a chair all day throwing orders at people ( costumers as well ). i took my car in to get looked at. my car was supposed to be finished in ONE day. it took them almost two weeks. he constantly lied about pricing & about what they were doing. wednesday my entire car was fixed & thursday i would be getting an inspection after having it for over a week. he LIED. my car was never fixed or looked at. after everything done he tried to up the price on us not realizing he already quoted us. i took my car back yesterday because they did not fix the problem & actually made it worse. he proceeded to get very defensive & argumentative when told they messed some

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a noise my car was making got it there they said my belt needed to be replaced. I asked if that would stop the noise they said yes! Sat while they did the work, I paid, and left. I don’t even get a block away and the car is still making the noise so I go back. I get there tell the girl it’s still making noise she goes back talks to the mechanic and she comes back and says oh he said while he was changing your belt it looked like your pulley might need to be replaced. I was confused because why not tell me that before I left instead of having me leave thinking you fixed the issue but now you’re saying the issue is something else! Anyway they order the part I leave and come back so they can do the rest of the work. After I left the noise did stop

Avoid this place Oh yeah lovely staff great and efficient on time only I would love that if they actually did it right and not waste my time if u are going to be nice and efficient on time make sure your team or your techs actually do their job and not waste peoples money avoid this place at all cost for how much u pay u can find someone better

Want to get a rack and pinion put on my car Dave the one that runs the place very very rude just an ignorant person do not deal with him go to one of the other locations David just a bad person here's an example he was arguing I guess with his wife or girlfriend in the car when it came to me and my daughter he was very ignorant between yelling and screaming will not go to him go to one of the other locations if you going to

The guys at Smith's worked hard to fix the problem I was having with my car. They were courteous and helpful and Dave gave me a ride home when I had to leave it.
