I don't think I would ever come here again. I wanted to support local and don't mind paying extra for it But I walked out shaking my head and going over to AutoZone which had 100 * more options and comparable prices to Amazon Everything is marked up to maximum, very limited supplies and employees didn't seem to know that much I ended up asking my questions to chat GPT! GET HELP FROM AL. I’m someone who knows very little about cars and how to work on them. I use YouTube to fix a few parts of mine for my car. First step was buying the parts. I went over to the closest location to my home and that was “Smothers”. Al greeted me and helped me figure out what part I needed and made sure I understood the information he was giving me. This is the First time I’ve been to “Smothers”. Second time visiting, I need clips from my bumper and I couldn’t find them. Al took his time to look for them with me and was actually helping me trying to find what would be good for me for five minutes or so. I’ve been to AutoZone before and they don’t even acknowledge you, let alone try to help you find any part. Thank you, Al. This is the least I can do if I can write him 10 out

The young professional gentleman JW helped me at the counter right away. Greeting me with a smile welcoming me in. Assistanted me in finding my products and answering my questions. The check out person was polite and friendly during checkout. The place was absolutely cleaned well merchandised which is always a great find.

I have to say IF you can get what you need they carry quality parts. But don't expect quality customer service if they don't like your motor. I've bought parts here for my 67 camaro NO PROBLEM! But I go in asking for parts for my original in-line 6 on my 1965 Mustang and forget it!!! First off the young guy helping me (and I'm in my 30s) didn't know what he was doing, kept asking the other guys for help- i appreciate that he did. He helped find the part number I needed, but didn't have it in stock. When I asked him if I could order he said that he'd have to look, found the part in Portland, attempted to call but no answer. So I asked how can I get the part then?- he said they could do a store transfer but had no idea what the freight charge would be and when asked another associate said "i

One of the worst I have delt with. The workers were patronizing and incompetent. Just for a rebuilt battery. I have bought things there before under an account. the person said are you the owner of the account. I said that's my dad's business account that. I have bought things under that account before. So I do have the right to get a battery under the account. Then another worker went up to the guy and slapped him on his shoulder and said I want to order parts off of his account! That to me is rude and clueless to the situation. So after they said they had the battery. They played games and said wrong terminal sides on the batteries they have. Like they did not want to do business.
