Smyrna Car Wash

Charged my account twice. No one to call or report the issue to. Left many voicemails for assistance. This is not the first that this has happened I have been told by other local residents. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I paid for a vacuum and it took my Money, the vacuum & it didn’t turn on. Then I used my S/O card and it worked, only To find out it took $13 more. That sucked.

Not sure about the other reviews, bay I used was clean and big enough for a high roof extended Ford Transit. All the equipment worked just fine.

Had to rewash at home due to a very poor wash. Spent $20 on a really bad service. Would not recommend

Consumers going there please be aware of the fraudulent business if you use your debit card to purchase wash for your vehicle, I did and days later when transaction cleared thru my bank another 5.00 dollars was deducted from original charge of 10.00 for car wash. I contacted my bank they filed a dispute immediately put the 5.00 difference back in my account also said you need to contact attorney general consumers protection to report this fraudulent behavior by owner of that car wash
