Only giving 2 stars because Brad was very helpful when I stopped in on Friday afternoon around 3:30. Brad helped me look for the items and mix up some custom paint per my Trucks paint code. I returned Saturday morning around 10 am as I didn’t need the filler I had purchased and because the custom paint didn’t match the trucks paint color. Nathan tried to say the filler had been open and used. It wasn’t. Then essentially tried to accuse us of stealing the hardener that was never provided with the filler? They did agree to return it however. Regarding the paint not matching Nathan tried to say the paint they custom mixed was much lighter than the truck was because the truck sits in the sun? This is both illogical and incorrect. The only option he provided me was to purchase more of the same

Needed to match some paint for a 1972 motorcycle and they matched it perfectly. The results looks great.

I had an emergency, my caliper locked up and grinded my pads to nothing. I called smyths and craig answered. He beat all the competition by 100 dollars and really saved my ass when i was in a pinch. I highly recommend this parts store.

One guy stood at counter and was a greeter with only 2 people in store . Other told me had part at another store would have it in a couple hrs took my name and number that was monday . Haven't heard nothing. Went to a competitor and picked up . Wont last be out of business before long.
