Snap Clean Car Wash

We have had a basic carwash membership here for nearly 2 years and have always been satisfied. Today I took the car to get it washed and was met by a gentleman at the gates who I have seen several times before. I always choose to get a receipt, but on this occasion the man at the gate selected the no receipt option. When he realized that I preferred a receipt he offered to go to the office to get one. I told him that I appreciated the offer, but it wasn't necessary and proceeded to enter the wash tunnel. Upon my exiting the tunnel just 2 minutes later there was this gentleman waiting with a receipt. This man's name is Justin and his sincere attention to customer service is reflected in the extra efforts that make for an extraordinary experience. Thank you Justin for the perfect experience

I have been a member for about 3 years. I cant believe how bad the wash has went down hill. they have taken out all of the brushes that wash the middle of your vehicle so there is always dirt left behind after the wash is over. I really hope they can address some of the issues because quality has been way down but price has almost doubled! Wont be a member much longer if major changes dont take place.

I have had a membership since I moved here in 2018. This place used to be great. It has been in a steady decline over the past year or so. I can’t say that I’ve ever been in the past five years when everything worked. Vacuums are always half closed and half of the ones that are working won’t suck anything up. I have tried talking to the manager and other employees. I feel their hands are tied due to ownership not wanting to invest in maintaining their business. I really hope things improve sooner rather than later, or hopefully Buc-ees puts in a car wash asap. 6.23.24 UPDATE went today and they had two working vacuums that were occupied. Car wash sprayer did not work. I asked if I could come back around if the job was not good. They said yes but did not allow it after the fact. The brush that was to wash the hood did not come down so the dirt on the hood is still there. Not a great experience. NOT CLEAN

On 09/17/2025 A male employee approached me as I attempted to pay for a car wash. I appreciate him assisting me with the payment. As far as the car wash, I was not pleased with it, because my car was not clean after the washing. $10.00 down the drain. I have been here several times, but this was unacceptable. I should have taken pictures, but I didn't think about it at the time. If I decide to return in the future, I will most definitely take pictures if it occurs again.
