Good morning! This shop is terrible, as are its services. I've had my car for two years, I do all the maintenance myself, and it's never given me any problems. I'd never even been to a shop before. The day before yesterday, I brought it here for an oil and filter change. It took four people to do it, something I can do myself in under an hour. And now, after taking it to this shop, my car has started having other problems it didn't have before. If you care about your car, don't bring it here because you'll regret it. I really appreciate the consistency at my Snappy Lube location. They offer cabin air filter changes, but I can ask how bad it is and they do show me. They tell me if it can wait until the next visit. I like the convenience & speed as well as them filling/topping off all fluids. I can send my kids and know they have it handled. Very easy with a busy schedule.

i always come here to get my oil changed , and they've always got me in and out very quickly . tyler is very friendly and helpful and does an amazing job . i really appreciated his work and good customer service !

I was getting some maintenance done the day before my cat passes over the rainbow bridge and the technicians were so nice when they noticed I was upset and even talked to me a bit about it. Always great people working here. I wish I would’ve gotten the technicians names so I could include them in the review because they definitely deserve some recognition.

This location does NOT want to do tire rotations and will try to talk you out of it. I was told my tread wear was even and I didn't need a rotation. My tread wear is even because I do tire rotations. When advised I still wanted a rotation, the worker complained with an expletive. While making payment I was advised my lug nut was stripped and could not be put back on. I was handed my lug nut with parts of the stem inside. Based on the lug nut and stem it appears it was overtightened and it was snapped off. They did not have one on hand to replace it or offer a solution. I was advised "it is safe to drive without it" and "you probably want to get a replacement one soon". When I spoke with my co-workers, each of them confirmed they were also informed (at this location) they either di
