Snappy Lube

My experience at Snappy Lube was quick and easy. I went in for an inspection and was finished in less than 10 minutes. Staff was friendly. He even complimented my car. I appreciate everything!

Fine for a state inspection, but don't get your oil changed there. The staff with invariably try to upsell you to a "deluxe" or "premium" oil change experience, which adds a whole bunch of expensive woo. I don't blame the staff for doing this, as I'm sure they are pressured to by their bosses, and maybe financially incentivized to, but as a rule, I give a negative review to any business that does this.

I brought a company fleet vehicle here for brakes and rotors after calling other shops that said it’d take at least a day to get parts in. I called Snappy Lube, and they said I could drop it off. Less than an hour or two later, I got a call it was ready for pickup despite a parking lot of customers when I dropped it off. They’re quick and fluent with all vehicles and company fleets.

The staff was very nice, but I wasn't okay with the price I received today. I felt like I was overly charged, I've been going to them every year, never gotten charged almost $300.00 This is crazy, I don't know if I want to return, I wasn't expecting to pay that much money.

I got an oil change. The only positive was the service was snappy. $108.00 for an oit change is ridiculous. No prices are posted in the lobby so I guess I should have asked. What made matters worse was they didn't give me a sticker for my windshield.
