Snell Motors - Buick GMC

It was recommended that I check out Snell for vehicles and talk with Eric P. Glad I did. He is very knowledgeable about vehicles and is easy to work with and it was a very positive experience. Another thing that I noticed during my visits is that the store was busy, with people coming and going or sitting inside at the tables talking- which is a good reflection on the employees and dealership!

I recently was looking for a new vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Eric P. While I purchased the new vehicle from a different dealer due to trade value, I can’t speak highly enough about how Eric treated us and took time to work with us. I am sure i will buy from him in the future. Highly recommended

I recently had my car repaired at Snell Collision. I appreciated the timely communication from their staff on the various options available for the repair. The work was done quickly. We didn’t require a rental car, however, one was offered. The shuttle drivers were awesome. A big bonus was the surprise I received when I learned they completely detailed the interior of my vehicle upon completion of the service! Our family has worked with Snell over many years and we’ve always been very pleased.

Snell motors sales and service team is outstanding. They have the customer's best interest in mind and make a point to make sure you're taking care of during the sale and after the sale!

Someone ran into my tail end of my 2025 Honda last week. Brought my vehicle up to Jess Goodburn on Thursday morning at 9am. Jess took photos and had me out of there in 15 minutes. Had the estimate sent out before noon and communicated with the insurance company to get the assignment set up and parts ordered and set a date for repair. All this before the end of the business day. That guy is awesome, he explained step by step how the process will work and made sure they had a loaner vehicle available for me. I hope to never have to do get repairs done again due to an accident but IF I do, there is no one I would take it to other than Jess and the staff at snell! Keep up the great work everyone!
