A few days ago, I called Snow’s Garage to ask about the cost of repairing a coolant leak from the expansion tank and an oil leak caused by the lower oil pan gasket on my Ford F-350. Even though I explained the problem in detail over the phone, I was told that I needed to bring the truck in so they could inspect it themselves. An appointment was scheduled for the morning two days later. On the scheduled day, when I arrived, the owner could not remember our previous conversation until I showed him my call log on my phone. I also mentioned that I planned to stop by another repair shop, since they also wanted to inspect the truck and provide their own estimate. He has such a solid knowledge base on cars and their mechanics that his ability to explain issues to the car owner is done with calm kindness and respect. Being open to questions only makes us trust him more!

Snows is the place to go! Very knowledgeable staff! Fair pricing but most important quality work! Casey and Robin are wonderful! They also have a nice little waiting room! If your car needs a basic service, or you have major issues snows is the place to go!

I haven't brought my vehicle here, but did call in a tough situation. They were very attentive over the phone and were willing to help with no issues. We were two hours away from home and didn't know if we were going to make it back. We figured out the problem before making it there and made it home safely but definitely wanted to give a review on their willingness to help in a super short notice. We really appreciated it 😊
