Soak Car Wash

We paid and then the gate wouldn't lift. We were there for about 20 minutes waiting for them to lift the gate. Didn't say anything didn't give us a complimentary wash or nothing. Then we went through the wash and it didn't even take and cleaned it at all. It was most disgusting. Used to be good not now. I would recommend going somewhere else

I recently tried Soak Car Wash for the first time, despite their higher prices, and I was impressed. The process starts with a high-pressure water spray that removes the top layer of dirt. Then, the staff uses high-pressure machines, soap, and brushes to thoroughly clean the exterior before you enter the automated wash. The machine wash uses two different types of soap, leaving my car spotless and tidy. Additionally, they offer high-pressure air cleaning, not just vacuuming. Overall, a great experience and worth the price.

I have loved going to this car wash but last month I was turned away, told that they are no longer doing monthly memberships, and unable to get my car washed even though I was charged $40 for the month of January. (I obviously could have paid right there to get a car wash but why would I when I’ve already paid for the month and only used ONE wash) The guy was nice enough but needed to use a translator app to communicate with me, so I drove away and decided to try and call or message to speak with someone and get clarity. However, I have been unable to speak with anyone. Completely unprofessional. I have called several times and cannot speak to an actual human. Sent an instagram message but I know that those can get buried or hidden. Now I need to go down and demand to speak with someone so

They recently said that they won’t accept my membership because they do not offer membership anymore. However, they are still charging me monthly. The attendance t did not speak English, and could not cancel my monthly charge. The phone number you can call takes you to an AI assistant? And only gives you the chance to leave a voicemail, and my call is not being returned. Go anywhere else, this place is literally stealing money from people.

Great service, kids who work here are always super helpful and friendly. Much, much better wash than mister for a few bucks more.
