Soap Factory Car Wash

The Owner is extremely rude, Targeting people who he believes are up to no good. He expressed a disliking to my vehicle as I just had arrived and was constantly staring at any opportunity...I had just vacuumed my wife's car and had pulled into a bay so she could wash it, I then pushed my car into a bay to not make anymore noise so I could avoid an confrontation with the owner. I literally rolled my windows up and was getting ready to start spraying my car off, the owner came into the bay and asked if I was washing my car. I explained to him I had just got my windows up and was getting ready to deposit some quarters, he told me that "I need you and the other 2 cars to leave" without explanation. I have been here several times before and no complaints. However, this time was different. After the soap, it kept dousing my car with whatever fluid that is. Did it for 6 straight minutes and then the wipers came through 2x and it says go, so I go, just for the dryer to not be on and I'm pretty sure it didn't even rinse my car thoroughly. I do not remember it cycling through in that order. I'm leaving a 1* rating because I have been trying to call them for 10 straight minutes and I haven't got a single answer. Very aggravating. I'll just be vacuuming my car here from now on.

The high pressure wash does a good job. The vacuum stole 2.50 from me this morning. Now I'm not only out my money, but I have to take my car somewhere else to vacuum it. I would not recommend the vacuums.

Always am happy when I get my car washed. It even gets my inner fender.

Terrible Autowash. I wouldn't recommend it..
