Review Title: Loyal customer grateful for excellent resolution Review: I’ve been a Soapy Joe’s member for over 7 years and even kept my membership active through COVID to support their business. On July 4, after noticing some scratches on my vehicle at the Jamacha Rd location, I reported it right away. Their Customer Experience team, especially Hannah, handled everything with professionalism and care. She documented the issue, provided clear updates, and made sure the matter was resolved properly. I truly appreciate the accountability and customer care shown. Thanks to Hannah and the Soapy Joe’s team, I’m very happy with the outcome and look forward to remaining a loyal customer.

I signed up for a promotional unlimited car wash in December only, which was advertised as a $20 promotion for that month. I did NOT agree to ongoing monthly billing. Since then, they have been charging my debit card $40 every month without authorization. I no longer use this car wash because their machine scratched my car, which made the situation even worse. Be very careful when signing up for promotions here. Make sure you clearly understand how cancellation works and monitor your bank account closely. Based on my experience, customer service has not resolved unauthorized billing despite repeated requests. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers do not go through the same frustration.

3/8 3:00pm The guy who supposed to guide you to make sure the car gets on the tunnel track was looking the other way while telling me with his hands to move forward. I waited until he turned to look at the car, and with an angry expression, he kept telling me to move forward. My car didn't fit properly on the track, and the tire started to scrape. After several seconds, I rolled down the window to ask him what was happening. He completely ignored me. I honked, and he looked at me and then turned away again, not caring. Once inside the tunnel, the car started going forward and backward, until it finally moved forward and completed the cycle, pretty scary!, I went to talk to the manager, but "there is no manager" they said, "just people selling memberships." Soapy Joe’s in Rancho is a great spot for a quick and thorough car wash. The vacuums actually work, and my car came out squeaky clean. Diego was especially kind and attentive. He came over while I was drying my car to ask if I needed any assistance. Really appreciated the excellent customer service.

First time at this car wash and I was helped by a nice girl named Yuri and she let me know what kind of deals that the car wash had. The exterior wash was great, I got free scent for the car and free vacuum as well. I also bought one month of unlimited car washes for 20 buck. Overall great car wash and amazing employees.
