Soaring Car Wash of Elmwood Park

Today I had a great experience at this car wash. The team was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the service. My car really needed a thorough inside and outside wash, and they did an amazing job. Everything looked clean, fresh, and detailed. I truly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Very okay! Would’ve given a higher rating if I wasn’t left with spots on my car after paying for the extra detailing package AND pointing out to the workers my car still was a little dirty. The worker literally walked away after I pointed out some more spots on my car lol. $50 total plus a $20 tip definitely wasn’t worth my money!

The customer service here is very nice and patient!! the car wash itself was done properly, didn’t leave any scratches or anything. I really like the way they clean the inside of the car, down to the floor mats. Will definitely be coming here again. Possibly considering a membership!!!

We are a family with 5 cars and have been loyal customers of Soar Car Wash since they opened. After yesterday, we will never return. My niece washed her car and later, after getting home, discovered heavy chemical residue baked onto the windshield and hood. This was not normal dirt — it was thick soap or chemical buildup. She tried cleaning it with Windex at home. It would NOT come off. We sent her back. She ran the car through the wash two more times. The stain was still there because it clearly needed manual scrubbing. When she asked again, a staff member rudely told her, “No, no… you can’t go again.” That’s when I stepped in and asked for the manager. The manager checked the cameras and tried to distract from the issue by pointing out the roof being dirty. I showed him clearly that

My first time here, after the storm here in Jersey my car was so dirty for the dirty snow and all the salt that was put around. I was immediately welcomed by staff properly and professionally. He helped me navigate which wash would be best for my car and how everything works. The wash in itself was very smooth and satisfying, very easy! Loved it so much. I chose full services and was greeted again by more amazing staff and they helped me by telling me what and how things would work. They left my car shiny, clean, and smelling amazing. l loved it here and will definitely be coming back!:)
