Soft Cloth Car Wash

I recently visited Soft Cloth Car Wash, and while the service itself was fairly average, there’s one notable issue that could be improved. The lack of a clear entrance sign made it a bit confusing to find my way in, which could easily frustrate first-time customers. Once inside, the car wash did its job, but the experience wasn’t particularly standout. A little more attention to customer convenience, like better signage, could go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. It’s an okay option for a basic wash, but there’s room for improvement.

Been going here for years mostly a positive experience but sometimes they slack on wiping the car down right after it comes out & the gentleman that runs the back has been here for years always pleasant & always says have a blessed day I really enjoy seeing him he is so nice.

Misleading advertising for seniors discounts on Tuesdays. The sign shows $6. But I only received $2 off my service. And my windows were still steaky. Please take down that sign. Or give the seniors a better discount.

Hello my experience at this car wash wasn’t good the Chinese man (owner) harassed my daughter about paying, didn’t clean the car properly tires still have blue residue from cleaning product dash board still dusty felt like a rush job I will NEVER GO EVER AGAIN 2nd time it happened

My friend went there to get a wash, they store her purse with her ID and her daughter’s SS card. She made a claim and was ignored!
