To who this may concern just got my truck, washed and it did not rents soap off of my Truck
The car wash needs updates and the tire shine does not work, I paid for it though...
No soap came out of the machine. And the dryer's timer always starts before you are released from the washing section. Either needs to start later or last a little longer. I think 15-30 more seconds is fair.
This car wash can be confusing. Once the wash is done,, everything after that IS confusing. One must move to the next section for the hot wax and rinse. Not sure if this is slow movement or a stop. There is a timer for drying but it does not work so half of my vehicle was wet.
took my money in cash and then the machine froze and then i swiped my card and it told me select a wash and so i did and it never told me to drive through or anything after my card got charged
