I wasn't told how long it would take, they just took my keys & told me to have a seat. My wait time was over 2 hours. Had I known in advance I would have made an appointment for a later time. Service was good, no complaints. The girl taking the order was fine, the rest could use a lesson in how to be cordial. I guess everyone can't be people oriented. They do know how to take your payment without a smile. Guess I've dealt with VW too long & that's where I bought my Chevrolet & it's where I'll probably go to trade.

I recently visited the service department to address a cruise control issue on my new car, which is currently under warranty. Although I had a scheduled appointment, the vehicle was not looked at until the following day and was kept overnight for what turned out to be a simple five-minute setup adjustment. I was disappointed to be charged an $85 fee for a warranty-related fix and felt the communication regarding the delay was lacking. Based on this experience, I do not feel this dealership prioritizes customer value. This dealership will not be my preferred future service needs.

Purchased a vehicle from them in 2024 only to find out it was a lemon ! & it cost me $2300 in repairs !!! After 4 months of owning the vehicle I would never deal with this bogus dealership again & I recommend you don't either !!
