Good customer service. I took my car there to get a state inspection sticker, and they completed it within 10 minutes. They also checked my air conditioner refrigerant for free of charge. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which was a good thing. Overall, they have been a good automotive service so far. I would recommend this business.

Scammers who try to get money out of you over make-believe inspection issues. They were trying to sell me overpriced wipers because there was a thin line left over by the wiper that could only obstruct a mosquito if anything. Do not go there unless you're already planning to pay them an arm and a leg.

I've been here many times for oil changes, always had good service. Arrived today at 4:40, walked in to find a man wearing dark glasses at the counter who rudely glanced at me and said 'uh we're in the middle of closing'. The posted closing time was 5pm. Just after I left, he and another man turned the lights off and walked out, well before the posted closing time.

Very bad experience! Went for an oil change and the staff were not friendly and the price was literally double that of the dealership. However, that’s not the reason for the bad review. I pulled out of the parking lot to look down at my arm rest and see it covered in oil! I immediately turned around and went back. I told them what happened and the guy who did the oil change (who was standing there talking on his cell phone) looked down at his jacket sleeve and saw it had oil all over it. The other man working told me to wait in the waiting room and they’d take care of it – but he never once apologized. Im grateful for the respectful service I received at Sooner Lube today. Its quite intimidating going into an auto shop for me and they made the experience easy and quick. The technician who worked on my car knew his stuff and explained it to me in a way I could understand. which says a lot. Definitely not afraid to get my oil changed again!
