It was under warranty still, and it was sent to a place to get fixed. That place never fixed the problem. Just terrible customer service all the way around. I’ll never buy another car from there ever again. Had issues with the car ever since I had it it was one thing right after another

Jeff and Rebecca helped me and my wife purchase a used car last week. The car is used so not perfect like a new car, but it will serve our transportation needs very well. Jeff and Rebecca were friendly and considerate. I, like many others are concerned about used car lots vs actual dealerships. But this used car lot did not charge me all those extra fees you must pay at a dealership when you make am purchase. And his inventory maybe somewhat limited he does not carry a lot of junkers just to make the lot look full....I found these people good to do business with.

I bought 3 cars from them and was a very happy customer. I was never late on a single payment and paid off all 3 vehicles early. Somehow they reported to the credit bureau that I am significantly behind on my payments. I called and spoke with Mark several times and each time he raved about me being one of their 2 best customers ever. He said the credit bureau must have made a mistake and he would make sure things got fixed. 3 years later and it still has not been fixed. I asked Mark for a letter stating the vehicles were paid off . Mark told me the letter would be in the mail the next day. Never got the letter. When I told Mark my credit was ruined because of this credit error he laughed. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they did not respond. Buyer beware If this is

Was a great place to get a car from, I feel behind and wasn't able to make full payments still made partial payments, long story short, they took the car, without giving any letters (10days) or (20 day) about the right the cure , still haven't received any paper work on how much I still owe on the car. Didn't receive any paper work from the tow truck nothing. Was able to get my belongings. When I asked how much I owed to get the car back was told by mark that I was to late, find that kind of odd. Now waiting for my lawyer to contact the company on illegal repossession.
