purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Si from them on May 10, only to have the car break down just two days later. Concerned, I took it to a Honda dealership at my own expense, where they diagnosed the issue as a result of low oil consumption—a problem that should never have been sold to me in the first place. I immediately informed South Side Chevy of Charlotte about the diagnosis and returned the car to their lot. They assured me that their Honda store would assess the situation further, but since May, I have received no updates or communication from them whatsoever. I would love to have this resolved
