South Green is a well-oiled machine. Excellent customer service and turn-around times. They've also demonstrated solid negotiating skills dealing with warranties. I look forward to having them perform the more extensive B service on my Mercedes SL this year. Cheers to Jen, James, and owner.

Brought the car to the shop 3 times for the same issue. They tried two different parts to fix it two different times the 3rd time the car stopped running. Bring it to the dealer to find out they installed non oem parts resulting in total failure of the fuel system. Took over 2,000$ and will not admit fault.

They were very professional, very detailed oriented, The service was top-notch. Gotta be one of the best mechanic shops in Hartford.

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. The woman at the counter has a very rude and unprofessional attitude. I noticed from other reviews that many customers have had the same experience, yet it doesn’t seem like management has addressed the issue. If she is the owner, that makes it even more disappointing. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this place falls short.

As a long time customer of South Green Automotive I continue to be impressed with their service, honesty and quality of work. The entire team is excellent!
