Quick, to the point, honest service! One of our power windows got stuck half open yesterday afternoon and this was the only shop willing to look at it that day. Within a couple minutes of arriving they were working on the car and had it fully repaired within an hour. I had my young children with me, but the waiting area is kid friendly with couches, toy cars, and books. Ivan was easy to work with and the price was fair, especially considering the turnaround time! This was the most straightforward auto shop experience I’ve ever had, and will absolutely return if we need repairs in the future.

It’s rare you get work done at a shop nowadays where the tech or staff clearly explain what is going on with your car & what the different things are that could be affecting it without just saying “hey it’s this, pay us to fix it”. It’s even rarer to find a shop that respects that some people do some work themselves and send it to the shop for what they can’t. I handed off an E46 to them that was severely out of alignment from an accident that hit the suspension + a full front end suspension overhaul I did, and they managed to get it to a much better place and explained exactly why certain things were the way they were, what the practical effects of leaving it that way would be, and what I could do to continue troubleshooting it or potentially fix it myself before getting a re-alignment.
