Southampton Car Wash & Detail Center

I always give this place a chance, but as a property manager who brings customers’ cars here, I’ve noticed a consistent decline in service. After paying for the service, I end up doing things myself. It’s become a matter of concern that this poor service persists. I’m not asking for a full detail, but at least an acceptable job.

Paid $75 for extreme clean. It was lightly cleaned. Images attached of dirty carpets and interior. I was disappointed that the only seating area to wait was small, crowded, and uncomfortable. Luckily I didn’t have to be there too long because it only took them about 10 min to do this “extreme clean”. Would not recommend, if yo do go get the cheapest option, that’s all they will do anyways!

A complete rip off. $24.99 for an exterior wash that at the first instance is outrageous. Moreover, the quality of the wash is average at best. Wipe down of the car done sloppily leaving several portions wet. Will not return.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Honestly this is ONE of the WORST PLACE HERE IN the Hamptons. We don’t understand how can they be so bad. I paid $100 dollars to clean your car and they didn’t even bother cleaning absolutely anything.with all the bad reviews this place has I would’ve think they at least try to be more professional. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Very poor value for the service. Overpriced. I always have to finish the job at home as sills, rear hatch etc are always still dirty.
