Make sure to double check their work….10 miles after they changed my tire I lost my hub cap because they didn’t snap it in properly.

I left a review about 4 weeks ago praising the worker there (and that still stands—he’s great). However, this time I want to share my concerns about their policies and the way I was treated by others at the shop. I don’t know much about tires, and within just one month I ended up with nails in two of them. When I went back, they quickly pointed out the nail and immediately pushed me to buy a new tire—even though it was practically brand new. Feeling unsure and not fully understanding, I agreed. Later, I spoke with another person who explained what “plugging” a tire meant. That’s when I realized I could have had my tire repaired elsewhere for about $20 instead of paying $150 for a replacement. You walk into this place and are greeted by short stocky man with tattoos who says "yeah", not good morning, not how can I help you but "yeah". Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. Respectful help must be hard to find. He should be in the back changing tires and not representing the company.

Fast old school service. No website drives me nuts. Everything done over the phone or in person. They are always busy, but they are reliable and dependable. A good place to go for sure. Just wish they would modernize a little bit.
