Went to Southern Express Lube in Americus, GA for an oil change about a week ago and left wondering why every other place I’ve ever been to has done me so dirty. They didn’t just change the oil and wave goodbye like “good luck out there.” They actually did their jobs — air filter replaced, fluids checked and topped off, battery posts cleaned (corrosion = gone), tires checked and filled, serpentine belt inspected, and they even survived my questions without sighing or rolling their eyes. Professional, thorough, and shockingly pleasant. And THEN… a few days later… they checked in to make sure my car was still good. I’m sorry, WHAT? I love that I don’t have to step out of my vehicle to get it serviced and the staff is very knowledgeable. They were able to investigate and fix my tire leak issue during an oil change routine and I waited in my vehicle for the entire service. 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
