We had a great experiencewith purchasing our 2026 Honda. Mr. Tyrone Dunbar was such a great professional. He made our purchase seamless and hassle free. Mr. Tyrone is such a very knowledgeable salesman and he is highly recommend. The only takeaway that we didn't like was the lady that was in the finance department. We went through our own bank USAA and we didn't need to finance the vehicle through Honda. The lady tried to force us in purchasing an extended warranty that we told her NO a few times and kept asking why we didn't want it. She asked was it too expensive and we told her NO, I wasn't going to spend an extra 4K. So she was pretty upset at us !

I made the mistake of not going here first! But I’m glad I did go here and was able to purchase a brand new car and have excellent people who took care of getting me in my new car! Limited on power and still made it happen unlike other Honda dealerships!! So glad I got to become part of this family and will definitely be referring my friends and family here!

I have used southern motors three times in the past. Always treated with respect, patience and fairness! I love the friendship and no nonsense approach from Justin and his team!!! Makes you feel like they have no other customers but you!!! Never thought I’d buy another vehicle, but never say never! Love our Hondas!!!! We also use the maintenance check too!! Reminds when it’s time for a check up!

Can’t say enough positive things about this service team, especially the leadership. Everyone was happy, friendly, caring & completely professional, quick and efficient. While I waited, I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack. Amazing experience!

This is the second time in a row that I have had the oil changed in my Honda Odyssey minivan at Southern motors that something was not secured correctly and resulted in an oil leak. When I first saw the puddle on Saturday 9/21, I thought it was just condensation from the AC. But when the puddle was still there today, 9/22, then I knew something was wrong. The first time I chalked it up to a mistake, the second time I am now chalking up to sloppy workmanship. I expect a phone call from your service department Monday morning to determine how we can resolve the situation. As you can see in the pictures there is oil all over my driveway and I am now a quart low. -Gary Youngblood
