Vacation was disrupted by a bird (rip birdie). Called and visited parts centers between Daytona and Savannah. Our saving grace was Tay in the parts center who made us laugh through a frustrating situation. After multiple no’s & unanswered calls, she was a breath of fresh air. Every detail from a visual of the part for confirmation, price and next day availability was provided. Following this vacation nightmare, this was the first step in restoring our peace of mind on this vacation. One of the guys called this morning to pick up and we’re good to go. 💫

Brought Jeep here for issues with auxiliary battery. They called and said that the main battery would also need to be replaced and that a sensor on the battery was installed incorrectly. I informed them that the main battery was installed by them only two years ago and they are the ones who had installed sensor. Representative then looked at service records and realized this was true that they are the ones who had installed the sensor. I asked if they would fix the issue with “improper installment” since they were the ones who had installed it and was told they would not do this. They are the ones who installed the sensor incorrectly and would not make it right by fixing their mess up. Also the main battery they told me that needed replacing was tested at my home and at another auto parts

It was beautiful and Mr Jeff Boston people u want a great guy to help u get the right deal and honest well we know car sales men but not Mr Boston he is the real deal so go see him there bravo guys appreciate you and the company

The officer just yelled at me when I asked if I can talk to their boss!!!!!!!!!!!! He said what’s wrong with me! I went there three times and nobody told me I need a title with me, and I told them I lost it every time! Don’t go there! It’s freaking unprofessional!!!
