I recently purchased my Wagoneer and worked with Brittany Lightfoot, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond from start to finish. Brittany didn’t just meet my expectations, she exceeded them in every way. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism really stood out. She made the entire process smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable. Southern Motors is the best dealership in the Coastal Empire / Low Country. I traveled over an hour to this dealership as no other dealership was willing to go above and beyond like John Maxwell did for me with my recent purchase. It took over a month for me to make up my mind to purchase a car and John patiently responded to every question I had and spent hours texting me until we found the perfect vehicle for me. Their entire team is second to none. If you are looking for a dealership that goes the extra mile to meet the customer on their terms then this is the dealership for you. It started with Brittni’s sales expertise on locating the vehicle I was seeking, then working with Paul who secured the vehicle that was out of area and bringing it back for me to pickup. I reside 2 hours south and used this dealership because of their affiliation with Costco membership and was able to use my membership privileges to make the purchase. This is my third time using the service department, and although my first time a while back wasn't a great experience, I'm glad I stuck with them. My car needed A LOT of work, and it got done in a very timely manner thanks to Caitlin staying on top of it. She reached out to me with updates consistently, and even stayed a little late to ensure I could pick up my vehicle. I will definitely continue to do business here. Update: I spent about $3,300 here to have my car ready to go on a trip, and in the few weeks I've had it, my front brakes (which they replaced both pads and rotors) have been horrible. Incessantly screeching every time I apply brakes, and now there is a very definitive groove carved out on my rotor disk that should not be there. I called 4 times throughout this past week, and
