I visited Southern Tire Mart at Pilot and was very pleased. The team did everything quickly and efficiently at a great price. They checked my tires and completed the job in just 20 minutes, whereas other services take hours for the same task. They truly know their work, and each person focuses on their job. I highly recommend this service for anyone who values prompt and professional work without unnecessary questions.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend Date of Visit: June 4, 2025, at 8:00 AM I was stuck on the road with a nail in my trailer tire and came to this shop for help. They had two tires in stock — one for $180 and another for $250. My driver, who doesn’t speak English well, was there, and unfortunately, Mark took advantage of that. After the tire was replaced, we asked to take the old tire back. At first, they refused, saying it was “bad” and gave us a bunch of excuses. Only after insisting did they finally hand it over. I then asked for a simple refund of the $12 tire disposal fee since we didn’t leave the tire with them — a basic request. Mark said the manager was off and wouldn’t be back for a week. Really? I had them recheck my steer tires that I had balanced at another store. Then they seen another issue they readjusted. Ask what I owed them they said l was good to. I give the a big 10 stars!! Thanks!!!!

I had a leak in my box truck and told me they can get job done once they put the seal on I can leave before it even dried up and also was raining outside. They said this Seal here drys quick and goopy go. Manager was rude and other mechanics really don’t want to work at this shop. Two days out of work SMH
