I cannot say enough good things about this tire shop and especially Jesse. She truly went above and beyond. What should have been a simple tire repair turned into a very frustrating situation with our warranty company, and Jesse handled all of it with patience, professionalism, and persistence. She spent an incredible amount of time dealing with the warranty company on our behalf, explaining things clearly, advocating for us, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. Even though I know it was a headache. Her customer service was exceptional. We will absolutely be back and will recommend this shop to anyone who asks. Thank you for going the extra mile, it did not go unnoticed.

I punched a hole in the sidewall of my camper van tire and needed to have it replaced. I expected to have to order a replacement tire and wait a few days for it to come in so I could continue my tour of the area. It’s an all terrain tire with a high load rating. Much to my surprise they had it in stock!. The lady who took my call and assisted me when I arrived 30 min later knows what she is talking about. Straight up 10/10 on my experience with her! And I am not an easy person to impress. Got to speak to the tech replacing my tire to make sure we were on the same page. Super nice guy and did a great job. I had bought tires online and went to Walmart to install them. They were going to charge me $125.00 to install all four tires. Unfortunately they were out of stock of balancing weights so I decided to go to southern tire mart. They were nice when they want your money at the front desk. My total bill was $247.00. Couple of days ago, my kids pointed out that I am missing lug nut from driver side. I went back to shop and front desk lady said that well you changed it 3 months ago so it's not our responsibility and give auto zone your VIN number and get a new one. I was trying to tell her that maybe you guys never installed it or installed a loose lug nut. Only words kept coming from her smug mouth was go buy a new one.
