I woke up to a flat steer Tire, I was parked right in front of Boss shop , they quoted me full roadside service fee! plus the price of a new tire! they said that because of the weight of the vehicle and the rim pushing down in that tire it would 100% need to be replaced with new steer tire... I then contacted " Southern Tire Mart" the technician arrived in 20 minutes and immediately remove the tire patched it from the inside aired it back up there was no permanent damage!!! thank God that I contacted "Southern tire mart""" I see they have many high reviews, I highly recommend this awesome shop, thank you

So impressed with this shop. I had bought new tires and was referred this place for an alignment who also was the cheapest I could find as well. Took my car in for my appointment and after they checked my vehicle Brandon (mechanic) told me my car was already perfectly aligned and there was no need for me to pay for an alignment. I was shocked because they totally could've taken advantage and charged me for one. I'm used to having mechanics lie to me or trying to upsell so it is hard to trust people in this industry. I just had a jiffy lube tell me my boot and bar were bad and my brakes. Which I had just done my brakes the week before and the boot was still on that was checked by a friend later to verify. Had a great seamless experience with Southern Tire, I brought in some used tires to get mounted they spotted a nail in one of them and patched it quickly and little additional cost! All the people I interacted with (mechanic, front desk) were very professional and friendly. the waiting space was clean, had phone chargers, coffee, and vending machines it was quite pleasant. I will definitely be back!
