I’ve used there mechanic shop. Hard working and dependable people. Had a turbo replaced on my 2012 ford F350 and some other service work done. Guys tried very hard to get me back going as quickly as possible even working very late to try and get it done. I’ve been back for additional repairs and again they tried to accommodate me as fast as possible. I’ll be returning for an alignment and tires in the near future

When I owned and operated 20 semis, your chosen tire vendor treated you with appreciation and respect due to your buying power... with that said, now I own 2 and what a relief it has been that my chosen tire provider treats me just as well. Earl in the service department along with the in house service techs are the difference that when I show up they recognize me and am greeted with a welcomed smile which means something in this day and age. I dont spend 40k a year anymore but the 6k has been appreciated just as well. They get all my business. Thanks again for treating the small owner operator like the rest.

I was literally the first paying customer at the location extremely clean extremely quick the entire facility is brand new the staff and management was great had to replacement a bright on my Volvo those don't come with bulbs you have to replace the entire LED and they did it in 40 mins flat

Needed an emergency tire repair after tire started leaking on I-80. These guys had me in and out in <30 min. They were kind, easy to work with and professional. On top of that, they repaired the tire for free. 100% will go back to them when I need new tires.

West Valley location. The staff there was amazing. My company recently have decided to use Southern Tire Mart as one of the vendors for our fleet. I had a leveling kit and all new tires put on. Randy was one of the guys I remember that helped me pick out a great set of tires. I drove and as promised aggressive yet quiet A/T tires. Unfortunately they were just a little too wide and rubbed when going through big dips. I told them the issue and was asked to bring it in and they would put on a different size. The thing that was impressive is I brought the truck in first thing in the morning. They were short handed a couple guys but made sure I took 1st priority. They had the tires swapped in just under a hour!! Seriously amazing. Most tires shops end up taking 2 or more hours. They wasn’t upse
