Brought in an F-150 to have an oil change around September of 2025. Before they even backed it off the lift, it sprayed all of the oil out all over the lift and the shop. They said they forgot to remove the old gasket, which is already a red flag.... Now getting the oil change done again, turns out they bent my oil filter stud and cross threaded the new filter on. I highly encourage you to find another shop.

These guys are first class! They were able to get me in quickly and had the repair done in less than an hour. Clean shop, fairly priced, excellent work. I would happily use their services again and highly recommend them.🙂

Purchased batteries for our pull trailer before. Changed dead battery in car, got me right in. Very friendly folks, clean shop

I've been driving past Southwest Auto Clinic for a couple of years now, and don't know why we haven't taken our cars there for maintenance and repairs. I called them this morning due to a very loud screeching noise that was coming from my front brakes. I was told to stop by this afternoon, which I did. Of course when I got there, the noise had stopped. Isn't that the way it always happens?! When I arrived, Jonathan greeted me outside, he listened to what the issue was and promptly pulled my vehicle in and put it on the lift. It was discovered that I picked up a rock that got caught in the rotor, resulting in the awful noise. No damage was done, fortunately. I can not tell you how much I appreciated the honesty. He charged me a more than fair rate for the diagnosis....nothing. I certainly

I pulled in to the parking lot and Jonathan walked out to greet me. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and knew what would be compatible with my vehicle model without even looking it up. The shop was very clean. Great conversation while installing my replacement battery. He gave me the best possible deal and got me out quick. Highly recommend.
