Went in today to get a oil change well it started out great till thay drove it back in the bay I ask the oil technician about did you check my ac drain line he said no he told me no body told him too I told my service adviser to check that she said she would tell him well that didn't happen also i got a free car wash that was a joke the guy brought the truck back still wet and the water is very hard it left calcium spots all over my truck so i had a rag and i started wiping down my truck i told clay why didn't you guys do this really he didn't even try to help me didn't even say sorry really what kind of sloppy service is this when you expect the costumer to do the work and im a disabled veteran to top it off if that isn't enough most Dealerships top off your fluids but not this one i pai
I had a great experience working with Dara at the dealership. She provided excellent communication throughout the process and was proactive in following up to ensure everything was handled properly. Dara worked diligently to get me the Level 1 charger for my vehicle and made sure it was taken care of, which I truly appreciated. She was responsive, professional, and clearly committed to making sure things were resolved. Customer service like that makes a big difference, especially with a new vehicle purchase. I’m grateful for her support and attention to detail.
I went out of my local area to purchase my new 2026 Ram rebel at Southwest CDJR and I am glad that I did. Everyone in the process was helpful and all around a good dealership except when it came time to get my first oil change. I bought a service/warranty from the finance department manager, his name is Ron. The problem is simple, he sold me an extended warranty and service that I could get free oil changes for five years at any CJDR dealer so I went to the local dealership in Waxahachie. They did the oil change and tire rotation as I requested and submitted the information to the company that I purchased the extra protection from and were only partially reimbursed had to pay $116 to get my truck back. Definitely had to leave a review after my experience with the pre-owned department! Drove 2 hours just to take a look at a hellcat and Uriel was amazing as our sales person. He helped us with no hesitation whatsoever. He made sure we got the best deal we could before we even had a chance to ask and in no moment said our requests were impossible to get. Super patient with us even with a toddler around. Jansen in finance was excellent, he explained all numbers and answered all of our questions. Overall this is the best people we have dealt with in a dealership, i have no complaints at all and will not hesitate on purchasing another vehicle from here if needed. Worth the drive!
Stay away from this dealership and management folks. Very shady folks. I purchased a 93K 2026 Ram Tungsten from them and it was delivered on New Years Eve. Prior to the delivery, they sent me pic showing the truck had been scratched on the bumper. I told the Sales Manager I would just back out and he pleaded with me, offered a $250 credit, and assured me the repair would be completed by his body guy. I sent text asking him how long should they keep it to make sure it was cured correctly and he assured me it was fine and would deliver it the next day. When the truck arrived at my home on New Years Eve night, I went out with the sales lady to inspect it. While feeling with my finger on the bumper, I could still feel a scratch.
